This type of physical training needs to be in elementary, middle, high school, AND beyond.

I wonder how happy American kids would be doing this? If play was seriously a part of education….for every kid, in public schools!! I wonder if all the kids we label BAD, MAD OR SAD would feel and act differently if they got to release all that natural energy that children are blessed with? I WONDER🤔
